Our mission
The UCLA Center for the Study of Women|Streisand Center is an internationally recognized center for research on gender, sexuality, and women’s issues and the first organized research unit of its kind in the University of California system.
Our research
Current projects include Coastal Resilience, Gender and Water, Feminist Anti-Carceral Studies, and Sexual Violence and Intersectionality.

Each year, CSW|Streisand Center offers grants and funding support to faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, departments, and CSW research affiliates.
